Compulsory Levels and Schedules

*Gymnasts are allowed on team by INVITE only.* *Prices do not include competition fees or uniform costs*

LEVEL 1

Level 1 is by coach invite only. Gymnasts that have passed Pre-Team should enroll in this class. Gymnasts train throughout the year and compete in the Fall. Skills include:
  • Vault: straight jump onto mat, kick to handstand, fall to flat back
  • Bars: pullover, cast back hip circle, straddle shoot off dismount
  • Beam: front support mount, candlestick / L-lay, arabesque, straight jump, knee to side handstand dismount
  • Floor: handstand, cartwheel, backward roll, candlestick, forward roll, split jump ​


​Ages:
 4+

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00-7:00
​Total Training Hours: 
4 hours/ week 
Sessions Offered / Fee Structure: monthly / $160 per month

LEVEL 3

Level 3 is by coach invite only. Gymnasts that have passed Level 2 should enroll in this class. Gymnasts train throughout the year and compete in the Fall. Skills include:
  • Vault: jump handstand, fall to flat back on stacked mats
  • Bars: glide swing to pullover or kip, front hip circle, shoot through, stride circle, , cut back, cast, back hip circle, underswing dismount
  • ​Beam: handstand, rond de jambe, arabesque, leap, straight jump, pivot turn, heel snap ½ turn,  side handstand ¼ dismount
  • Floor: split to 90 degrees, straight jump, handstand bridge kickover, handstand forward roll with straight arms, chasses to 90 degree leap, backward pike roll, good leg split (180 degrees), ½ turn, round off back handspring ​

Ages: 6+
Schedule: 
  • Monday 4:00-7:00,
  • Wednesday 4:00-6:30,
  • Friday 4:00-7:00
Total Training Hours: 8.5 hours/week 
Sessions Offered / Fee Structure: monthly / $190 per month

LEVEL 5

Level 5
Level 5 is by coach invite only. Gymnasts that have passed Level 4 should enroll in this class. Gymnasts train throughout the year and compete in the Fall.
Skills include:
  • Vault: front handspring on vault table
  • Bars: kip, cast to above horizontal, clear hip circle, drop kip, cast sole circle or squat on, jump to high bar, kip, cast to above horizontal, baby giant, underswing, 2 tap swings, flyaway dismount.
  • Beam: back walkover, rond de jambe, arabesque scale, leap 150 degree split, straight jump, handstand hold 2 secs, split jump and sissonne 150 degrees, full turn, side handstand hold 2 sec ¼  dismount
  • Floor: straddle jump with 150 degree split, full jump turn, outward ½ turn, front handspring step out front handspring, punch front, straight arm back extension, good leg split (180 degrees),  150 degree sissone, chasse to 150 degree leap, kick hop, full turn, roundoff back handspring back tuck​

7+

Schedule: 
  • Monday - 4:00-7:30
  • Tuesday - 4:00-7:30
  • Wednesday - 4:00-7:30
  • Friday - 4:00-7:30
Total Training Hours: 14 hours/week
Sessions Offered / Fee Structure: monthly / $250 per month

LEVEL 2

Level 2 is by coach invite only. Gymnasts that have passed Level 1 should enroll in this class. Gymnasts train throughout the year and compete in the Fall. Skills include:
  • Vault: jump handstand, fall to flat back
  • Bars: pullover, cast back hip circle, single leg cut, stride circle, cut back, cast, shoot off dismount
  • Beam: arabesque, straight jump,forward leg swing, backward leg swing, needle kick, pivot turn, side handstand dismount
  • Floor: handstand, round off, backward roll, candlestick, bridge kick over, chasse to leap, ¼ turns,  split jump ​

​Ages: 5+
Schedule:  Monday and Friday 4:30-6:30
Total Training Hours: 5 hours/week ​
Sessions Offered / Fee Structure: monthly / $175 per month

LEVEL 4

Level 4 is by coach invite only. Gymnasts that have passed Level 3 should enroll in this class. Gymnasts train throughout the year and compete in the Fall.
Skills include:
  • Vault: front handspring on vault table
  • Bars: kip, cast to horizontal, squat on, jump to high bar, kip, cast to horizontal, back hip circle,  underswing, 2 tap swings, ½ turn dismount.
  • Beam: cartwheel, rond de jambe, arabesque scale, leap 120 degrees, handstand hold 1 sec, pivot turn, split jump 120 degrees, straight jump, ½ turn,  side handstand ¼ dismount
  • Floor: straddle jump with 120 degree split, ½ turn jump, outward ½ turn, front handspring, passe hop, straight arm back extension, good leg split (180 degrees), 120 degree sissone, chasse to 120 degree leap, kick hop, full, turn, roundoff back handspring back handspring ​
​Ages: 7+
Schedule: 
  • Monday 4:00-7:30
  • Wednesday 4:00-6:30 
  • Friday 4:00-7:30
Total Training Hours: 9.5 hours/week 
Sessions Offered / Fee Structure: monthly / $200 per month
