2024 Women's Team Tryouts
Make sure to work hard, listen well, and respect your coaches while at practice and your chances of making it on to the team will increase!

This event is the perfect chance to show off your skills if you'd like to have a spot on our competitive team! To participate you must register through the Parent Portal. Space is limited so if you and your gymnast are interested in the competitive route, make sure to sign up as soon as possible.
We expect all registered gymnasts to be here on time and in the proper attire in order to be considered for team. If you are interested in trying out and would like some more information about Ingrid's Birmingham Elite Gymnastics Team Program, please call or email us. Things To Know: - You do not have to be invited to tryout for team. - Coaches will evaluate each participant's skill level on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. - Flexibility and strength/conditioning will also be evaluated. |

Location: Ingrid's Gymnastics, 8228 Division Ct N Cost: $50 What to Bring: Bag, water bottle, small towel Attire: Leotard, hair completely pulled back, ALL jewelry removed Time: 3:30-7:30PM, 1 Hour Blocks (see below) Tryouts will be divided into four age groups: ⭐️ Ages 4-6, 3:30-4:30 pm ⭐️ Ages 7-9, 4:30-5:30 pm ⭐️ Ages 10-12, 5:30-6:30 pm ⭐️ Ages 13-16, 6:30-7:30 pm We understand that some of you may have siblings that fall into two different age groups, but it will be necessary for all gymnasts trying out to be scheduled with their age group. If you are interested in signing up for these tryouts, you can register on the Parent Portal. You may need to clear the automated session filter to see the tryouts. |
