Levels 6-7
In "Optionals" gymnastics there are a set of guidelines, or level requirements, and routines are built around them. Each gymnast has her own music (on the Floor Exercise) and choreography on each event. Her routine is built to show off her strengths and to avoid skills that she is uncomfortable doing.

Mobility: Gymnasts must demonstrate a mastery of the previous level and have at least one in-state competition with an All-Around score of 34.00 to move up in Optionals.

- Monday - 4:00-7:30
- Tuesday - 4:00-7:30
- Thursday - 4:00-7:30
- Friday - 4:00-7:30
- Saturday Open Gym (highly recommended)
- 9:00-12:00 is $15
- 10:00-12:00 is $10
