Tuition AND Fees Monthly Draft Agreement

Tuition AND Fees Payment Plan Monthly Draft Agreemen
Use this form if you would like to set up an automatic draft for monthly tuition and other team fees, spread equally over the first 8 months (January-August) of the calendar year, then monthly tuition for the last 4 months (September-December) on the due date. For the first 8 months of this payment plan, the monthly amount (tuition and team fees) can either all come out on the 1st of the month, or it can be split in half and come out on the 1st AND the 15th. For the last 4 months of this payment plan, the monthly amount (tuition only) will come out on the 1st.

CANCEL Monthly Draft Agreement
Use this form if you would like to cancel either of the automatic drafts for monthly tuition and other team fees, if previously set up. Once this cancellation goes into effect, you will be responsible for logging into your Parent Portal to manually make all payments by their due date.

Written Notice of Withdrawal from Competitive Team
Use this form if you would like to withdraw your gymnast from the Ingrid's Birmingham Elite Gymnastics program. You are still financially responsible for all tuition and fees due within 30 days of submitting this notice to us, regardless of whether or not your gymnast participates. If you give notices of 30 or more days, you will be responsible for all team fees due within 30 days of submitting this notice to us, and you will be responsible for the cost of tuition through your gymnast's end date.
